Good introduction to decluttering if you don’t have any prior knowledge! Helpful for understanding the emotions behind the clutter and letting go.

Not so Good:
- unfortunately this is only good for someone with no prior clutter knowledge
- Any podcasts would’ve already covered all this info (my case)
- The point of decluttering gets lost down the detail rabbit hole
