Learning to Love

The streets of Manhattan are filled with endless possibilities. Every day, every minute, every second, people are hurriedly passing each other, almost oblivious to each other's existence, lost in the ever maddening crowds. But each one of these people has a destiny, a date with True Love, they just don't know it.

Meet Emma Valentine. At first glance, she doesn't appear to be very special. In fact, she seems almost ordinary. Downright average. A city girl, she's lived in Manhattan all her life. Her apartment makes a shoebox look positively spacious. She barely ekes out a living as a barista at the Grind House. She has the bestest of best friends and, together, of course, they watch too much reality TV.

Also, Emma Valentine happens to be the daughter of Cupid.
