“I enjoyed this quite a bit! The world building is beautiful, especially the soft magic seeping into the world. I also felt like the epilogue really stuck the landing, it was beautiful. That said some of the world building was a bit difficult to keep track of, especially the family lines and there some parts of the plot that felt like they weren’t really explained it was just ‘because magic’. Also this is not a point by point retelling, I think it’s better because of that but don’t expect a simple gender reverse of Shakespeare because while it is that there’s more going on. Anyway I had fun with this!”It's About The Yearning
