From the #1 New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the Stalking Jack the Ripper series comes a new blockbuster series.
Two sisters.
One brutal murder.
A quest for vengeance that will unleash Hell itself...
And an intoxicating romance.
Emilia and her twin sister Vittoria are streghe -- witches who live secretly among humans, avoiding notice and persecution. One night, Vittoria misses dinner service at the family's renowned Sicilian restaurant. Emilia soon finds the body of her beloved twin...desecrated beyond belief. Devastated, Emilia sets out to find her sister's killer and to seek vengeance at any cost-even if it means using dark magic that's been long forbidden.
Then Emilia meets Wrath, one of the Wicked-princes of Hell she has been warned against in tales since she was a child. Wrath claims to be on Emilia's side, tasked by his master with solving the series of women's murders on the island. But when it comes to the Wicked, nothing is as it seems...

“So I finally read Kingdom of the Wicked, and listen… I had a good time, but my socks remained very much on my feet. No socks were blown-off in the making of this reading. Just me, turning pages like “okay, cute, what’s next?”
Let’s start with Emilia. Sweet summer child. My girl walks into danger like she’s expecting the power of positive thinking to shield her. Every time she went weaponless into a life-threatening situation, I swear my soul left my body to hover overhead whispering, “please, I am BEGGING you, take the dagger… a knife… a pointy stick… literally anything.”
Wrath, though? Wrath is where it’s at. Broody, morally grey, annoyingly hot demon prince with the patience of someone who’s clearly been dealing with clueless mortals for centuries. Every scene with him had me quietly kicking my feet like the unhinged reader I am.
Plot-wise, the vibes were chef’s kiss but the twists… oh the twists. If I can see your plottwist coming? That’s saying something. My brain loves a surprise but this time it saw the punchline ten chapters early and just waited politely for the book to catch up.
And then we reached the ending. Not bad, not tragic, but definitely not the kind of finale that makes you immediately grab the sequel and scream into the void. More like, “huh… that’s one way to go about it.” I didn’t love the way it closed off, but I’m still curious enough to keep going. Consider my interest mildly simmering instead of boiling over.
Will I pick up book two? Yeah, probably. I need to know where our favorite disastrous witch and her demon prince are headed next. I just hope Emilia discovers, you know… self-preservation. Or at least how to use a dagger.”

“So it’s an interesting twist on summoning and witchcraft in general. It went back and forth though for Wrath…. I’m hoping for a twist later on that one! Book 2!”
