“This was a really quick read for me, and for that it got bumped another star. It did keep me engaged enough for me to finish, however I should’ve learned my lesson from ATOD. I’m not a huge fan of St. Clair’s plot development. It always just kind of becomes lackluster. This also just felt too similar to From Blood and Ash for me. It was okay. If you’re looking for a quick, relatively interesting, and semi-steamy romantasy then this is for you.”Kristen

Created about 2 months ago“I loved this book in many ways but definitely could be improved. I loved the plot, enjoyed the characters even though I had a love/hate relationship for Isolde. I appreciate a strong warrior like female lead but her stubbornness irritated me a lot. I felt like the MMC could’ve had more layers to his character and same goes for other characters. Spice level is great! And I felt had a good mix between plot and spice. Some authors struggle with this. The world building could have been better though”Vanessa Bentley
