“A nice little sampler issue that gives a peek into four separate David Stabler books, Kid Legends contains some very interesting stories of famous artists, presidents, sportspersons and writers when they were children. Kids will definitely enjoy the easygoing narratives and the illustrations. Recommended for independent reading at 7+. Can be used for bedtime reading too for younger children.
Available for free on Kindle India.

“Kid Legends: A simple, short and inspirational book containing impactful account of some famous persons in their childhood was the best thing I explored today. I was damn depressed and this book was really helpful in removing the gloomy blanket of mood swing off me.
.
The stories are told in a funny way by David Stabler and awesome cute illustrations by Doogie Horner has made the book a very interesting one.
.
It is really interesting to know the character of Harmione Granger is based on J K Rowling's self. She had to fend off bully, defy the low expectations of teachers and tried hard in school but throughout the time she was a storyteller. She penned her first story at the age of seven!
.
The creator of Snoopy, the superstar cartoonist Charlie Schulz was a shy kid who hated to show off his sketches!
.
Pablo Picasso always hated rules and took every opportunity to disobey them. He even started painting sky bright red just to entice the art teacher in school!
.
It was interesting to know how Muhammad Ali took a detour to a boxing school, which gifted us the greatest boxer of all time.
.
The creator of the best-selling Diary of a Wimpy Kid series was constantly pranked upon by his siblings; and he has used almost all of them in his books later.”
