“Good book! I liked the whole premise of the nosy lady who had a close encounter, does PI research, and ends up solving a mystery. I HATED Jessamine omgggg. She was so annoying. She definitely needed some serious mental help, but either way, she was evil. And Anne… you’re so weird for letting all of that happen under your roof??? I do wish there had been more of a connection between Alan and Jane besides him bringing her over and her eventually escaping. Or maybe I wish it had somehow tied into the dogs more? I’m not totally sure, but I feel like that could’ve made the storyline a little stronger.
