“I’m terrible two reasons: I’m not good at cooking contraptions like the instant pot (and various other appliances taking up space…) and I’m not much of an Italian food girl (this includes pizza -meh.)
So I bought this to use that appliance for more than just rice and eggs lol, and branch out since not preferring Italian food is the unpopular opinion.
The cookbook is great, like all of the Instant Pot cookbooks.”
