“I loved it. It’s not a page turner but if you have patience for its rhythm it’s both profound and pragmatic. A user’s manual for your own soul and how to actualize its connection to everything in thr universe (yoga). Sadghuru is concise, grounded and often, pretty funny. Easier to digest in sound bites - think little raindrops not one big river. But if you take any one of the exercises he outlines for us here, I think it’s very likely it will permanently change you. I had a hard time tearing through it on paper. The audiobook is a lovely hack. He reads it himself and is a pleasure to listen to.”
