Images of Life as a Dog
ByPublisher Description
Trey has been haunted by a recurring nightmare since his deployments to the Middle East after the attacks on the World Trade Center on 9-11-2001. Neither he or his girlfriend, Holly, have any family supports and Trey has given up on counseling through the VA. One morning they find an abandoned dog along the side of a road. They rescue and care for the dog and she fills a void for both and becomes a big part of their lives. Unbeknownst to Holly she is the remaining target of a plot to kill three women. A wealthy land developer has already had the first two women killed and Holly remains the last piece of his revenge plot. He hires a hit man to complete the task. The plot is complicated by the fact that the land developer is also the target of a hired assassin. As Trey and Holly strive to maintain their lives two hit men are on missions, one to kill Holly and the other to kill the land developer who has ordered the hit on her.
