“This book repeatedly gives these kids hope only to snatch it away from them, here are a couple examples.
Page 50 - The dad says "I'm not looking at anything. I've seen enough." when given proof.
Page 70 - Main character "forgot to press record"
Final pages - Main characters decide to save the nice dummy twin, only for him to reveal that he was "just pretending because Slappy thought it was funny"
