“This book was amazing! Laurie Winter sends you into a heart-plunging adrenaline rush of a page turner! I loved the characters and the action packed plot was so good! Police Detective Charlotte Reid knew the serial killer who killed her sister six years ago, is back. A body was discovered in a ditch and now detective Reid is forced to play a deadly game, catch the serial killer in seven days or else she will become his next victim. Together, Detective Reid and FBI special agent Austin Walsh must catch the serial killer before things get deadly.

“This was just what I needed today. It was a fast paced read that I was able to finish in a few hours. I really enjoyed the romance between Austin and Charlotte. They had some previous history together so their romance happened pretty quickly in this book. I love that they both relied on their faith during their hunt for the serial killer. The suspense/mystery aspects of the books were great. Nothing too scary, but it gets the blood pumping.
I will definitely be reading more books by this author.
