Two seasons as an expert tour guide specializing in the history of the region during the Third Reich period allowed the author to carry out his own detailed research. There is an interview with a local man, who, as a small boy was photographed with Hitler, together with comments gathered during a recent meeting with Rochus Misch who served on Hitler's staff.

The book had more pictures than i expected but the author had written clear description on the history of Hitler's Bavarian headquarters near Obersalzberg, Germany.
It was like a history lesson for me and i learned more about Hitler

About James Wilson
James Wilson was born in Northern Ireland in 1953. In 1972, he followed family tradition and entered the printing industry. Having moved to London in 1979, he went on to run his own business through the 1980s. Since 1993 he has worked for the Metropolitan Police Service.
