“Annie creates such picturesque dialogue within her stories. With vivid imagery and detailed words, she takes us to the world and emotions within the pages she has penned. The connection she scribes between the characters is well written and the reader can feel and connect with them. Annie creates a slow burn romance, which I as a reader enjoy. Taking the time for the reader and characters to connect both within the pages and with each other.
Miranda daringly kidnaps `; Sheikh Zamir taking the upper hand she thought, he turns the tables and demands more than she ever bargained for. A slow burn romance, that builds at every page turn. We see two unlikely people find more than just an arrangement of marriage but a love both never thought they would ever find. ** swoon **
Demands between the two become a desire they both never saw coming. Palace protocols, distrust and saving her cousin from an unwanted marriage leads to a love story that was never planned.
We see the turmoil within the storyline of them both realizing that life without each other is impossible. Both fighting to admit the feelings they both feel. Being brave enough to speak up and hope the other feels the same.
Miranda thought she was not worthy of love , Zamir thinking of nothing but love for her.
I really enjoyed the heart felt moments with this story.
A few lines .. that had me smiling.

It makes me think about my feelings and needs....
I want someone to share my life with. Not because its decreed or because it brings political advantage. But because that person care for me. I want love too.
This section when they both realize that the marriage was more than just an arrangement has me sheepishly grinning. I do love a building romance.
Overall , I loved the strong willed characters within the pages . Another great read from Annie.”
