“Excellent debut read by Andrea Bolter. Holly hasn't had an easy life. Finally after years spent catering to other peoples needs, she is getting to realise her dream, of living in New York as an artist.
Holly arrives in New York eager to start this new chapter in her life. When she walks into her apartment, she is in for the shock of her life. Expecting the apartment to be empty, instead she finds Ethan half undressed and relaxing on the sofa. Its a shock for Ethan too, he wasn't expecting company. When neither one will leave, they decide both will spend the night and sort something out in the morning. Ethan has problems of his own, his beloved Aunt is unwell, and wants to see her nephew settled down . Ethan is in need of a fake fiance. One who will play the part and not expect anymore. Ethan has been burned too badly by his Mother, to ever trust anyone apart from his Aunt.
He puts the plan to Holly, in return for her part in this plan, he will gift Holly this apartment. Its not an easy decision for her, after years of putting other peoples needs before her's. She can finally do what she wants. After giving it much thought, she agrees to his request. As Ethan and Holly spend more time together the sparks between them grow. The only problem is that Holly hasn't told Ethan she was married. A secret that could cause issues as Ethan has serious trust issues.
I adored the romance between Holly and Ethan, I couldn't put the book down. Highly recommended for romance fans.”

“This book is Andrea's debut novel and I adored it. I will most definitely be seeking out more of her work in the future. It was such a cute lovely read. I loved how Holly and Ethan played off each other so well yet they barely knew each other. When it clicks it just clicks and that is exactly what happened between Holly and Ethan. These two are absolutely amazing characters. They had so much chemistry and charisma that it just kept them in perfect sync throughout the book.
Ethan was a business man whom loved his Aunt more than anything in this world and would do anything to make her happy even get engaged if that's what it took to make her take better care of herself.
Holly had lost herself and her way in the world. She just wanted a fresh start and that just so happened to be exactly what Ethan offered her or was it.”
