“I can’t believe what a struggle it was to finish this book. I really thought I would enjoy it but unfortunately I didn’t. I thought our FMC came across as a teenager as opposed to an adult woman. She spent most of the story reiterating how much of a disappointment she was to her mother (okay we get it) and after awhile I couldn’t have cared less. I would have liked maybe just a little more backstory on our MMC (I did enjoy him). There’s not a whole lot more I can say. It just wasn’t enjoyable for me.”wickedxqueen
