The #1 New York Times bestselling series!

Perfect for fans of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones series, Glass Sword is the high-stakes follow up to the #1 New York Times bestselling Red Queen.

Mare Barrow's blood is red—the color of common folk—but her Silver ability, the power to control lightning, has turned her into a weapon that the royal court tries to control. The crown calls her an impossibility, a fake, but as she makes her escape from Maven, the prince—the friend—who betrayed her, Mare uncovers something startling: she is not the only one of her kind.

Pursued by Maven, now a vindictive king, Mare sets out to find and recruit other Red-and-Silver fighters to join in the struggle against her oppressors. But Mare finds herself on a deadly path, at risk of becoming exactly the kind of monster she is trying to defeat. Will she shatter under the weight of the lives that are the cost of rebellion? Or have treachery and betrayal hardened her forever?

Discover more wonders in the world of Red Queen with Broken Throne: A Red Queen Collection, a companion novel with stories from fan favorites and new voices, featuring never-before-seen maps, flags, bonus scenes, journal entries, and much more exclusive content!

“um how am I supposed to go on after that last line whyyyy would you kill Shade whyyyy Victoria Aveyard when I catch you I swear I literally said to myself, if Kilorn, Farley, or Shade dies I’m sueing so I guess you’ll be talking with my lawyer and he was like the best character in all honesty, Mara is kinda getting on my nerves she DOESNT care about anyone but herself she doesn’t and when she and Cameron killed those, I wouldn’t say innocent guards in the command room like gurl really your becoming the one thing you didn’t want to be this book was okay the best part was the prison break scene, but that was short and shade died but most of the book was just kinda slow like they literally just spent the whole book running around and basically kidnapping people here’s to hoping the next book is better (and that Shade comes back to life 🤞) this book was definitely a filler between the opening act and the final battle which sucks because some middle books are better than the rests *cough* Catching Fire Cal is alright, I don’t really like him as a love interest tho like he got in the way of Mare and Kilorn’s friendship I will say I have grown to love Kilorn he was an ass in the first book but in this book I rooted for him, I will admit I hope Maven jumps off a cliff 😁”
Expressionless Face“This one was okay. I was less invested in anything that happened this book and will not continue in the series.”
