“Wow. I picked this book up, a book I would have never bought, almost didn't pick up, at the library. And I'm so glad I did.
Girl, Unframed was so raw, I felt like every thought people don't say, teen girls don't say, were said in this book. I feel like many coming of age novels don't have plot that surprises me, well, I found one. I didn't expect how it ended, I didn't expect half the things that happened in the plot and with the characters.
Sydney goes through so much, I feel like whatever life experiences you have had, she could relate to and you can find some message or some familiarity from this.
I highly reccomend this book, especially for teen girls or young women.”
