“Campy, fun, YA horror story that keeps you entertained and curious what happens next. I spent the entire book enjoying the teen angst more than I thought I would. The characters are witty, short-tempered, and appropriately scared out of their mind for the duration of the story. There are some great development arcs for each of them that I appreciated a lot.
The retelling portion of the story was modernized. I did feel the explanation toward the end of what was going on to the kids as they were lost in the woods felt a little rushed or lacked extra detail it could have had, but it still was enough to leave you satisfied.
I enjoyed this story enough to want a shelf trophy copy for my own collection. Well done and thanks for the fun!”About Lindsay Lovise
