“I think this book would be most effective for me in bits and pieces. There are many, short chapters and for me was overwhelming to read in one go. BUT because its broken down so concisely, if you're in the middle of one and just need some advice, you can look for what applies to you and spend 5-10 minutes reading advice that applies.
So I like it, just not something I would reach for to read, but as a sort of personal depression reference book.”
“This book was ok , it’s nothing you haven’t read before if you’ve ever read any self help books. We know what we should be doing yet actually putting them into practice seems to be the difficult part and after reading this book I don’t really feel that it’s helped me to actually put these strategies into practice 🤷🏽♀️ I did like how the chapters were short, but I often found my mind straying while trying to read this book.”
