“Hands down my favorite Star Trek novel. Well written with an engaging story, and deeply rooted in the Trek mythology. It's a very involved story that involves lots of time travel which can be very confusing, but I loved every bit of it! As a huge Trekkie, I found the references to all the series to be strong additions to the story. Trek novels can be guilty of interconnecting Trek TV and films too much, but this story lent itself to it. If you love all things Trek but have never read one of the novels, From History's Shadow is a great choice for your first read!”
