“Full review will be posted soon, God willing :)”
“I really enjoy Tina Radcliffe's writing. She writes such sweet romances that are still filled with very real moments, main characters who have their flaws and really learn from them. This was actually my second read through of Finding the Road Home. I'm reading through the entire series in order so that it's all fresh in my mind when I read the last book. It was just as good the second time as it was the first time. Mitch and Daisy both have had their shares of loss and grief, which takes a lot of heart and soul searching as well as some prayer to really learn how to keep on living and not let the past weigh them down. Also, I'm biased to like books with redheads on the cover.”
“This was a cute book about learning to trust God and let God lead. Finding the Road Home is the first of Ms. Radcliffe’s books that I have read, but I loved it. I am definitely going to be reading more of her books! This was such a cute read, with lovable characters. Daisy Anderson moves to a small town in order to care for her nieces and nephews. But it looks like Daisy may be out of work because of budget cuts. Luckily police chief Mitch Rainbolt will do everything he can to help Daisy. But what happens when their fight leads to something neither of them dared to wish for: a future together? Daisy was amazing, she was raising her newly orphaned nieces and nephews all while starting a new job and moving to a new town. She was so cool, but she also had her faults. She has learned that it is better to do things herself, and so she has a harder time asking for help. But she will do anything for the children. I loved Mitch. He was so sweet, but he was also broken. He tried so hard to protect everyone. Mitch comes off as a tough guy, but he was really just a softy. I really enjoyed reading how he interacted with the kids, they loved him. It was so cute. The side characters made this book so much better.. I loved watching the children with Daisy and Mitch. The police officers were so funny. I can’t wait to read about the other characters! This was a great book, with a wonderful message. I can’t wait for the next book to come! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book which I received from the author. All views expressed are only my honest opinion.”
