“Very interesting and insightful! The audio of this is nice to put on before bed. The only issue I take is that it seems some things that should be speculated or that are not exactly 100% known forsure are passed off as facts. So many things of the past are proven time and time again to be once thought one way until proven otherwise. Nonetheless it’s thought provoking and great read for history. A little scary that such immensely huge civilizations can crumble and yet here we are thinking we’re invincible to that kind of downfall.. or maybe people are realizing we too can fall from greatness. Who knows .. anyways back to cozy fantasy for me bye ✌🏻”

About Paul Cooper
Paul Cooper is a podcaster, a historian and the author of two acclaimed historical novels, River of Ink and All Our Broken Idols. He earned his PhD from the University of East Anglia and has taught there and at Warwick. He writes, produces and hosts the Fall of Civilizations podcast, which has charted in the top ten British podcasts and, since its launch in 2018, has garnered over one hundred million downloads and over one million YouTube subscribers.
