“Reread.
I think this is my favorite of the Alpha and Omega series I’ve read, though Hunting Ground is a close second. But I’ve only read the first 4.
I like the role reversal here. Anna is on point. Anna is fussing over Charles. I also like that Anna is on such good terms with Brother Wolf. It all shows how great they are as a couple and as partners.
I also feel the side characters shine in this one. Beauclaire is so interesting and Leslie is great.
And the beginning where Anna is holding her own against Bran while powerful dominant wolves are on their knees. *chef’s kiss*”
