Publisher Description

A chronicle of survival in a world of the living dead.

There is no Heaven or Hell; there is only blood and the dust of flesh.

The Eyes of the Dead

Roaming the ruined earth like insects feasting on a corpse, the living dead inch inexorably toward their ultimate purpose. Can anyone stop them and the Red Man, the strange prophet who leads them? Only a few stand a chance...

Cornell, the criminal.

Delia, the nurse.

Burke, the traumatized scientist.

Vale, the sharpshooter who found new life in the world of the dead.

Only they, among the ragtag community of the living too engaged with fighting each other to defend themselves, may hold the line between life and death. But how can they hope to live surrounded by the walking corpses of a world overwhelmed by death and madness and the angry souls responsible for it? How can they hope to escape the gaze of a billion dead and rage-filled eyes who hate the living?

Forget about the meek. Will the living or the dead inherit the Earth?

Find out in the final chapter of the Corpse Fauna cycle.
