“So cute! Loved the idea of the book and the characters, even if the timelines were mind boggling 🤭 Would definitely recommend as an easy quick read”

It was so beautifully written, I absolutely sobbed through the last couple chapters.”
“I would say it had a rough start in the very beginning. The constant, rapid references to White Claws, Flamin’ Hit Cheetos, different songs was a lot at first. Almost like it was reaching a little too hard and eagerly to be relatable right off the rip. The “We Are the Champions”, “All I Do is Win”, and “Don’t Stop Believin’” flurry felt rather cheesy and jarring too. It honestly reminded me of those reddit “true stories” that end with “and then everyone clapped”. Also I kind of found that the writing related to alcohol and marijuana in this first segment was a little off; almost like someone who had never done drugs or alcohol before was narrating it. Once I pushed through that intro, it all smoothened out. The references were still there, but they actually reinforced the time period you were in and kind of affected the story in some aspects (Paige’s and Stephen’s relationship building off of Covid), so you couldn’t really complain too much anymore.
The plot itself was rather unique, though predictable, but overall I grew to really like the story and the characters in it.”
