“A really good self improvement book with ideals that I do think most people could adapt into their lives.
Overall I enjoyed it and discovered that I’m already a bit of an essentialist (though can adapt more of it at work).
What did bother me about this book is that it was simply too long. As another comment down here said “this book is a meeting that could have been an email”
For a book about embracing straightforwardness and essentialism, this book did waffle a lot. Quite often a section could have been summarised in a few paragraphs, but instead we were led down memory recollections and stories that werent that… necessary. This book could have been a long essay, which is sort of beautifully ironic!”
