“This was a hilarious ride. the pop culture references and the way the whole dungeon was video game coded had me hooked from the beginning. I really enjoyed how Carl used the system to his advantage and even when he didn't necessarily know the limits of the "game" he used innovating solutions that were at the same time entertaining.I know that everyone loves Princess Donut and she's growing on me but honestly Carl seems pretty solid to me. The ending felt very abrupt to me but I do know that this is a series and I will definitely be reading the next one!”Allison Fairley
