Publisher Description

Following the last harvest moon, a strange mist begins to rise at night, and no one seems to know why. DeShawn Lucas, a 24 year old loner, realizes that something is terribly wrong and begins keeping tabs on the growing number of missing persons, as well as on his neighbor and secret flame, Keneisha Dillon. After witnessing a murder in the street by an unidentifiable assailant, followed by a strange visitor in the hallway, he and Keneisha find themselves in what may be the end of the world as they know it, a world full of mutants. Pursued by ghastly monstrosities and finding the source of the mist, "the yellow", their goal becomes mere survival, but the mist may have more in store for them.
