Die plottwist aan het einde… Ik dacht dat ik het verhaal helemaal doorhad, maar dat bleek zeker niet zo te zijn. Dit boek zette me echt aan het denken. Ik kon het moeilijk wegleggen en vond het erg interessant. De dochter werkte soms wel een beetje op mijn irritatie, maar dat paste ook bij haar karakter. Ik had nog niet veel over dit boek gehoord, maar het is zeker een aanrader als je houdt van verhalen die je laten twijfelen aan wat je denkt te weten.”
