Death Troopers: Star Wars Legends
ByPublisher Description
The chilling tale of the undead in a galaxy far, far away.
“This is the Star Wars of every horror fan’s dreams—gory, funny, and brimming with a blood-spattered cast of swashbucklers and space-zombies.”—Seth Grahame-Smith, author of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies
When the Imperial prison barge Purge—temporary home to five hundred of the galaxy’s most ruthless killers, Rebels, scoundrels, and thieves—breaks down in a distant part of space, its only hope appears to lie with a Star Destroyer found drifting and seemingly abandoned. But when a boarding party from the Purge is sent to scavenge for parts, only half of them come back—bringing with them a horrific disease so lethal that within hours, nearly all aboard the Purge die in ways too hideous to imagine.
And death is only the beginning.
The Purge’s half-dozen survivors will do whatever it takes to stay alive. But nothing can prepare them for what lies waiting aboard the Star Destroyer. For the dead are rising: soulless, unstoppable, and unspeakably hungry.

“🎧 This was so much fun! I wanted a short book to listen to before my next big audiobook, and this was perfect. I never considered horror and Star Wars together, but it worked! Not the best Star Wars book, but definitely enjoyable.”

“My first book for my "This is The May" Star Wars reading started on 501st day (5/01) but took way longer than I expected not in a bad way though
This book was a fantastic zombie thriller and definitely had some very creepy unsettling moments the atmospheric sound included in the Audiobook was truly bone chilling
I did not expect many things that came out of this book but I absolutely did not expect han and chewie to be involved yes this book is now legends and no longer cannon but to know that it was adds so much darkness to han and chewies past
Great read spare the random shuttle ending where somehow a zombie and the dead doctor got on board seemed a little plot armor-esque despite not knowing a Dr Cody anywhere else in star wars lore”
