Deadly Little Secret
ByPublisher Description
A supernatural romance about a 16-year old girl's attraction to the hunky, but mysterious new guy in school, whose touch has very unnerving effects—from the author of the bestselling Blue is for Nightmares series.
Some secrets shouldn't be kept ...
Up until three months ago, everything in sixteen-year-old Camelia’s life had been fairly ordinary: decent grades; an okay relationship with her parents; and a pretty cool part-time job at the art studio downtown. But when Ben, the mysterious new guy, starts junior year at her high school, Camelia’s life becomes anything but ordinary.
Rumored to be somehow responsible for his ex-girlfriend’s accidental death, Ben is immediately ostracized by everyone on campus. Except for Camelia. She’s reluctant to believe the rumors, even when her friends try to convince her otherwise. She’s inexplicably drawn to Ben … and to his touch. But soon, Camelia is receiving eerie phone calls and strange packages with threatening notes. Ben insists she is in danger, and that he can help—but can he be trusted? She knows he's hiding something ... but he's not the only one with a secret. From the best-selling author of Blue is for Nightmares comes a story of paranormal romance that's sure to be a thrilling and chilling teen favorite.

Thoughts 💭💭💭
Alrighty, this book was interesting from the get-go. It kept me guessing as to what was going to happen next and where the author would take the story.
The only thing I disliked about this book is that the conversations between the kids was very juvenile and clickey. And I 100% understand that this is a Young Adult type of book, but when I was reading it, the conversation between characters lacked depth and understanding. It reminded me of high school conversations all over again. It was, however, easy to breeze through and get done.
Despite the one dislike I have with the book, I do want to keep reading the series if I can find it at my local library because the story hooked me enough to want to keep going, but only if I can find it at the library.”
“4⭐
So it's only unsatisfying conclusion because it's left on a somewhat Cliff hanger. I have read this series almost every year since I was 15 years old.. back then i would give this 5 stars however now it's a 4 star read cause I'm not big on cliff hangers but every single book until book 5 will leave you on a cliff hanger.
Still a very good YA series.
Definitely recommending but you HAVE to read them in ORDER cause it follows the same couple.
The next book is Deadly little Lies and it does have a love triangle of sorts
