“Love all things KC! In this book, we find Evie has gone to rescue Jack. She meets up with other Arcana to retrieve Jack.
We meet the Lovers (shudder). Jack and Aric develop an uneasy truce in the pursuit of rescuing another Arcana who gets captured. Evie is struggling between her love for both men. She threatens both of them if they hurt each other.
KC writes the angst so beautifully.”
