Dead Man’s Hand is completely different from Radke’s other book, Nirvana. I love that she is able to pull off two completely different styles of books and make it look to effortless. I think this speaks highly of her as an author. Dead Man’s Hand is a mystery thriller that kept me guessing the whole time. I couldn’t put it down. Radle’s writing was so easy to read and it kept me engaged the whole time. If you like mysteries, this is the book for you!”
“Dead Man's Hand is a very interesting book. At times it had me a little confused about what was going on, and I was a little confused with the ending. I'm not sure if Kendra left it open-ended because she plans on writing a second part, but it felt like it ended abruptly. For the most part, I was entertained. The MC Brooke was likable and had some funny inner monologue. Some of the things the other characters said I found a little cringy at times. For the most part though, I enjoyed the book. It wasn't like anything I've read before, so I did find it refreshing!

Great Mystery Thriller!
What can I say about this book!? Well Omg a great mystery, thriller, and suspense. This is my type of reading. The characters in the story are different parts but it was all put together just perfect. The theme and setting was well put together. This had me hooked from the very beginning. This novel will keep you thinking and guessing. Your heart will beat twice and three times threw the hole book. What a great Rollercoaster! Every page, Every chapter was a thrill page turner. My goosebumps had goosebumps!
I highly recommend everybody get this awesome book it will jump you out your seat.
I hope to see more books from her. Can't wait for her next Mastery, Thrill, Suspense! 💖💖💖”
“I liked this book. The main character is someone we can all relate to. She has been dumped. She is going to school. She lives at home with her Mom and Dad and trying to figure herself out. She ends up in a "job" that she didn't understand till she was already in too deep and then it gets messy. Friendships and relationships and school and "job" .. It really was quite the adventure. The plot was good. The characters were human. I love when the characters are not perfect. I did have a hard time getting into this one but mostly because this isn't my usual genre. I like to save the crime/investigator/thriller/mysteries for the movies. ... THIS WOULD BE A GREAT MOVIE. I don't feel like I just got sucked into the story or that I just could not put the book down... but then when I finished it I realized I really did like it. I will miss Chip and Alice.. and Sal. I'll miss Brooke and Grayson. If this type of adventure about fraud and embezzlement and who did it is your thing then this book is right up your alley. Oh yeah.. don't forget about the mafia! Yes, the mafia.”
