“I read this book two years ago now. I have told sooo many people about this book and passed it on to my brother to read. Such an eye opening and thought provoking book on mental health and the stigma around it, especially when it comes to men and sharing their feelings. Really hits home and is the perfect example of “Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about”. I had so many different emotions through out reading but I couldn’t put this book down!
