“This is a clean romance. It is part of a series, but can be read as a stand-alone.
Chandler and Izzy have kids who lately have been in the principles office. What is going on and who is encouraging who? Both Chandler and Izzy are divorced and trying to figure out life as single parents. What is up with their children? Izzy has a side job of decorating houses for Christmas. Chandler's mom and dad hire her as his mom is dealing with cancer and doesn't have the energy.
Can they get along long enough to get the house decorated?
Cute story with opposites attract. We have a fun-loving person and one who hates change. I enjoyed seeing how they would work it out and also find out what the kids are up to.

“This was a super cute book. I had all the emotions, smiles, laughter, gasps, and tears. Melinda writes another fabulous book. Chandler and Izzy have known each other for years! But she's put walls around her heart for cowboys, and chandler doesn't like change.
One day near Christmas, they're called to the school principals' office because their kids are into mischief... can they keep their kids out of trouble, and keep the holiday spirit???”
About Melinda Curtis
Melinda grew up on an isolated sheep ranch, where mountain lions had been seen and yet she roamed unaccompanied. Being a rather optimistic, clueless of danger, sort she took to playing "what if" games that led her to become an author. She spends days trying to figure out new ways to say "He made her heart pound." That might sound boring, but the challenge keeps her mentally ahead of her 3 kids and college sweetheart husband.
