“Convenient Cinderella Bride by Joss Wood is just as steamy as her previous work. It is the first book in the Secrets of the A-List series. The desire between Kat and Jonah is immediately noticeable. The two are made for each other but are so caught up in other affairs they make it so difficult to accept the destiny in which they deserve.
Kat is a hostess at restaurant all the rich and famous attend. She knows so many secrets that could pay for everything she ever dreamed of. All she has to do is sell them but unfortunately for her conscious she just isn't that type of person. She has been hurt by any man she has ever trusted. Her father betrayed her by leaving almost everything to her stepmother and her ex-husband betrayed her by becoming a whole other person as soon as the ink was dry and the marriage license. She will never fall for a rich man again. They just aren't worth the hassle and heartache. She will get her dreams one way or another.
Jonah has worked for years to turn his family's company around. His grandfather is absolutely ruthless which has gave the company a name for being ruthless. His father is a liar and cheat which has gave the company a bad name for being deceptive. So once he took the reigns he knew he would bring the company forward with integrity. So when his ruthless grandfather stipulates new plans in order for him to inherit the company he must do the one thing he swore he never would do find a bride.
Joss wood has fastly became a favorite author for me and this book does not disappoint. The chemistry is out of this world. The love between Kat and Jonah is evident immediately to anyone other than the two of them. They are both just a little too stubborn for their own good. I can't wait to read her next one. :)”
