Eddie Huang is a decorated chef, director, and New York Times bestselling author. Owner of the iconic Baohaus, which ushered in a generation of Taiwanese-Chinese restaurants and launched his career hosting Huang’s World for Vice, Huang went on to adapt his memoir, Fresh Off the Boat, into a critically acclaimed ABC comedy series.
