Tasks are split over 8 categories; emotional connection, digital dates, long-distance intimacy, future planning, the challenge cup, just for fun, closing the distance and thoughtful gifting.
Each category has between 5-8 tasks to keep things fresh and exciting with your partner.
Once you receive your book, agree a day of the week to start on. When your start day rolls around, either use a number generator, have one of you pick a number at random or simply open the book on a random page and wherever you land is where you begin.
You can also use the index at the back of the book to pick a task by its attributes.
