“Mabel has a one night stand with Jamison and she ends up pregnant. He used to be a country music (minor) star. Mabel never listened to country music so she didn’t realize that and he used to go by a different name when he was a star.
Anyway, it’s typical Harlequin kind of romance. But then towards the end, it was super annoying because he releases part of a song that he’s written for her. He put it out on some independent songwriter app. And people go crazy and love it. And Mabel is immediately acting like he can’t do this at all. That she can’t be with somebody who is still involved in the music industry. It’s just so asinine. Oh, and she decided that her unborn baby will not get a drivers license or have social media until they are 18. Because those are the decisions you have to make when you’re two months pregnant🤦🏻♀️ I almost stopped reading it, but I only had about 25 pages left.
I feel like this was a little bit more stupid than I expected it to be. So would I recommend it? Not really.”
