“I’ve been a fan of Sami’s books for quite a while and I am here for her new series, “Stone Creek Ranch.” We meet all the siblings in this first book, although Cooper takes center stage for this story. I enjoyed the rodeo elements and the dual mysteries Grace & Sami are trying to solve all while navigating a second chance at love and family complications in the weeks leading up to Christmas. I did struggle with the character of Ava (Grace’s mom) which lessened my overall enjoyment of the story a bit, but this was still a fun read that really kept me guessing. The resolution of the crimes really surprised me and the ending was really good. Book 2 is definitely on my radar!
