“After kind of a slow start, I felt like this book felt like we were still in the beginning even when we were in the middle, and then all of a sudden all the stuff was happening. I feel like the storyline itself was a lot slower than the first book, and I found myself wishing that Colton and Danny were together throughout the whole book even though I know that it moved the storyline along. I'm thinking that Danny, unfortunately is not as strong of a character without his lover counterpart as much as I would want him to be. On the positive side, I like seeing the different culture between Britain and India when it comes to how they run their towers, how their towers are perceived. I also enjoyed seeing how much growth Colton had throughout this story. I was not expecting this one to be a cliffhanger for some reason. I expected it to have something that would make us want to read the second book, but I expected it to be more polished and put together by the end, and although I am not typically someone who likes Cliffhangers at the end of books that could really be one instead of split into two, I feel like Tara Sim did it in a very provocative way. I'm still loving this world and the overall storyline, and I'm excited to see how things progress in the third book and to see more of the action coming together”StorySeeker
