“Central Park by Guillaume Musso immediately pulls you into its gripping mystery — within just a few pages, you’re completely caught up in Alice’s story. I found Alice especially attachable; she’s strong, driven, and a bit of a workaholic, which made her very relatable to me. I could really see parts of myself in her determination and intensity.
Another thing I loved is how easy the book is to read. Musso’s writing flows effortlessly, making it hard to put the book down once you start. The pacing is fast, the chapters are engaging, and you’re constantly tempted to read “just one more.” Plus, the book is quite short — which is a big plus when you usually read much longer novels.
I also enjoyed how the story keeps your mind busy — you can’t help but try to solve the mystery yourself. I was convinced I had figured out who the murderer was, but then… plot twist! Musso masterfully turns the story on its head just when you think you’ve got it all worked out.
