““Sperare era rischioso. La speranza poteva essere schiacciata. La speranza poteva morire. Ma rassegnarsi a non sperare mai era anche quella una sorta di morte.”
Dieci novelle su dieci coppie (e non solo) di tutto il mondo di Shadowhunters. Bellissime. È stato così confortante leggere della vita quotidiana di personaggi di TID e di TLH, sapere che la loro vita è andata avanti e così il loro amore. Ci sono state storie allegre, divertenti, e ci sono state storie più buie, più difficili. Menzione d’onore a quella di Luke e Jocelyn e alla Regina della corte Seelie con Sebastian.
Ogni storia è in ordine cronologico quindi nelle ultime ci troviamo a livello temporale dopo gli avvenimenti di TDA e molte delle cose che accadano saranno sicuramente una base importante per TWP.
Le ultime scoperte mi hanno lasciato molto incuriosita quindi non vedo l’ora di sapere come verranno sviluppate.
Non tutte le storie mi sono piaciute allo stesso modo ovviamente, oltre a quelle menzionate prima anche quelle di Tessa e Will e Jace e Clary mi sono piaciute da morire. Ma in generale tornare a leggere di personaggi amati è sempre come tornare da vecchi amici.❤️🩹
