“I am distraught. My emotions went for a trip in the final chapters and I’m still reeling in them.
I genuinely wasn’t expected anything that was going on and all the plot twists were making me so dizzy I genuinely almost threw up.
I loved this book so much more than I was expecting. The murder mystery mixed with supernatural elements were everything. I was so intrigued by the plot that I barely payed any attention to the romance going on.
My poor Percy. I was rooting so hard for him just for him to end up being the bad guy and getting killed by Signa. I cried so violently reading that bit and I can’t help but miss him. Even after all the fucked up shit he did.

“Even though I overall really enjoyed this read, I can’t say that I’m totally satisfied with it. To me, the biggest negative point about this book is that it has a pace issue. Some parts are kind of dragging and then everything happens really quickly, it made the reading experience a bit hard. Also, the plot was deeply predictable, I guessed all the twists by the first half of the book, even though there were not many hints : the story was just easy to predict and it’s a shame. “I've heard a lot about this book so I had high expectations. I really liked it and don't think I've read anything like it before. I like how there is a mystery for Signa to solve. And I love the whole role that Death plays.
