Battle of the Book Clubs

Persimmon Commons is a place of joy, peace, and calm. The rich families that live there expect nothing but perfection, as do their employees.

Abigail is a real estate agent whose pride is Persimmon Commons. She loves her neighbors, enjoys her job, and has fun planning activities, especially the book club. But when her new neighbors move in, things get a bit chaotic. 
 

For starters, Garrett is HOT, like supermodel hot, his sister Gretchen is a prudy snob with an agenda against her and her book club, and Meredith is just... pink. 

Abigail tries to navigate things as any true professional would, but as Halloween draws near, things get even worse, and now the only thing scarier than ghosts is Gretchen's attitude. Will Abigail ever get rid of Gretchen without losing her shot with Garrett?
