“i enjoyed this. i only remember bits, and i remember the author’s sense of humour coming through. had to be one of the greatest first lines ive read in a book, because i bought it based off only that and the cover.”

“Kafka would have been tickled by this, but I think Virginia Woolf might have been even more so.
Confoundingly smooth and crisp at points, like a Pringles potato chip. Certainly strong prose, lots of moving parts well choreographed; a Long Goodbye with a more reserved protagonist.”
