I picked this book up for a dollar. It wasn’t really what I thought it would be, but I guess that’s what I get for never reading a synopsis before starting a book lol. To be honest, I was shocked that a man wrote this in the ‘70s. It was a quick read, but pretty heavy and frustrating.”

“I thought this was going to be an after school special, "Boy Meets World" spooky little Halloween stories (my fault). It was well-written for it being a SA awareness tale for middle schoolers in the 90s, but I'm surprised this kind of stuff was available to kids. Just because when I was a kid there is no way any adult would have given me this. Maybe that's why I feel good about it, I'm not sure. I love it but I hate it idk.”Start a Book Club
