“this was really good. it spread light on what you see at peaceful protests. you can see it in the news but reading it puts you in the scene. i could feel the uncertainty, the anxiety, the fear, anger, sadness and bittersweet. but also shows parts where the character feels supported, happy, embarrassed and witty. i feel like most people can relate or can see a different outlook from this book. it really shows how anger can used for hurting people or used to help people. i inspire to be more like the main character, to embrace my anger.”
