No, you don’t have to buy the ebook to participate, but we do recommend it to get the most out of your club. There are several premium social reading features that are only available when you buy the ebook, like annotations, reactions, comment threads, resources, discussion prompts, and more, all embedded right in the text. It’s a unique and immersive way to read.

Q: Why can’t I buy the ebook on the app?

“Y’all… this book read me. Like, truly read me almost to filth 😭 because I found myself asking, “Am I really that judgmental sometimes?” This story was wholesome, heartwarming, and honestly such a beautiful reminder of grace. Usually, Christian romance can feel a little cringey or lacking substance but this one? Absolutely not. It had everything: a single father, a single mother, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, and second chance romance. The plot and storyline were so well done, and there were moments that genuinely had my jaw on the floor. The male main character? Whew. He was out of pocket sometimes because of how judgmental he could be, but I love how the story used that to teach such a powerful message that our pasts don’t define us, and that we should see others through the lens of grace. God doesn’t look at us and see our mistakes; He sees the blood of Jesus and the person we’re becoming. That was such a beautiful reminder for me. It also made me reflect on how our past experiences can shape how we view others and that while it’s okay to be cautious, we shouldn’t let old wounds keep us from giving people a chance to show who they truly are. Y’all, I adored this book. It’s cozy, redemptive, and perfectly holiday-themed with Christmas and Thanksgiving vibes. Such a beautiful read. 🎄💖”
